INSTRUCTIONAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND GROWTH SYSTEM
The "IPEGS Forms" link will take you to the IPEGS documents web site. Scroll down to locate the goal setting form. These documents are in both PDF (portable document format) form and Microsoft Word format and can be filled out and printed while online or downloaded to your computer by right-clicking on the document name and clicking on "Save target as..." and choosing a location on your local computer hard drive (typically the My Documents folder). It is suggested that you utilize the Word version of the Goal Setting form because the PDF version does not expand automatically as you type. The IPEGS Data Comparison document is a Microsoft Excel file. In order to use this document, your computer must have MS Excel installed. It is also suggested that you first save the file on your computer before changing it. (See "Save target as..." instructions above).
